Are you a registered company?
Yes. Clutch is a Limited Liability Company (LLC), registered and regulated in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the Companies Control Department under registration number 60157. We have been operating since 2020.

Requirements & Contracts

What information do I need to provide?

• A picture of a valid government-issued ID

• Location details (Area, Street name, Building & Floor number)

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. A signed contract is required upon delivery. An electronic copy can be provided upon request.

Rental Details

What does the rental price include?

• Delivery & Pick-up

• PC case & peripherals

• Technical support

What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

• Minimum rental period: 1 week

• Maximum rental period: No limit. For long-term rentals, we recommend our Rent-to-Own Program.

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Payment is required at the beginning of each rental period.

What payment methods do you accept?

• CliQ

• Zain Cash

• Orange Money

How can I renew my rental?
Simply notify us via WhatsApp and transfer the payment through any of our accepted methods.

Bundles & Equipment

What does the PC bundle include?

• Mouse & Mousepad

• Headphones

• Monitor

• 15-meter Ethernet cable

• Wi-Fi adapter (upon request)

Can I add a second monitor?
Yes. An additional monitor can be rented for 5 JOD per week. Monitors can also be rented separately without a PC bundle.

What happens if a peripheral stops working?
Contact us directly, and we will replace it free of charge.

Software & Usage

Do I have to install games?
No. All requested free games are pre-installed.

Are your PCs unlocked?
Yes. You can freely browse, game, work, and install any legal software.

Do you have Microsoft 365 installed?
Yes. Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) comes pre-installed.

Pricing & Discounts

Do you offer discounts?
No. Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable for both short and long-term rentals.

What if I cancel my subscription midweek?
If you cancel before the week ends, a flat rate of 3 JOD per rental day will be charged.

Programs & Pick-up

Do you have a Rent-to-Own program?
Yes. After 150 weeks of rental, you will own the bundle. Weeks are cumulative, meaning all previous rental weeks count towards ownership. (Terms & Conditions apply.)

Can I pick up the bundle myself?

• First-time clients: Delivery is required.

• Recurring clients: You may pick up from our Rabyeh office and save 5 JOD on the first week of your rental.
